    So, I am a wee bit embarrassed for not knowing, so please do tell what you do with your onion tops??
    Are they used like scallions? I assume this does not effect the growing onion in the ground? We have been eyeing our curly onion greens in our garden now since seeing them for sale at the farmers market.
