thank you so much for posting the photos of your csa goodness. we are growing garlic for the first time this year and if it weren’t for your mention of garlic scapes, ours would have gone in the compost! I rescued them from my husbands hands on his walk to the compost! I made a delicious pesto with 1/4 pound of scapes plus about 3 packed cups of basil and 1/2 cup olive oil and some parmesan. yum. i said a cheers to you as I ate it!
