We have a fabulous button shop here in Portland - perhaps they'll have something? Their store has far more in person than online, so a call might net what you're looking for.

Cheers!

Oh my, I have had an obsession with that fabric since it came out. Now I'm holding on to the last pieces I own. Please tell me which store that is! G-Street Fabrics had one print left, and that's it (for $9.00 a yard, ouch!) I'm having such a hard time finding it anywhere. Although now I'm checking that link that John left.

I loved Erin's idea and just might have to steal it for myself! I love how your block turned out, too. I found some of the prints at http://www.aroundtheblockfabrics.com/ for 50% OFF! Only $4.25 per yard.

Regarding the buttons, Red Dirt Mother has an etsy shop where she sells scarves made with handmade (by her husband) wooden buttons. You may be able to find what you are looking for through a special request: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=14761826

By the way, the disappearing nine patch would look great in those fabrics!

I think that would be awesome. Of course, I have been on my own disappearing nine patch kick lately. It goes so quickly and looks so complicated all at the same time! Plus, it is fun to make a block, cut it up, and then make another block.
