Thank you guys for all the help with the kale. We had ham on Sunday night so I used the leftovers to make quite a tasty soup that pretty much went straight into the freezer because 90+ degree weather is not right for soup. A bunch of you wondered about the chard. Last week’s bunch got chopped up and used in lasagna — I make a whole batch but split it into two 8×8 dishes, cook both, then freeze one. This week’s bunch ended up in a barley risotto we had with grilled chicken for dinner. Yummy.
